ANOMALITH Costumes

ANOMALITH costumes are equipment with statistical effects, and the official systems page divides gear into nine parts. The producer describes at least three hundred outfit and equipment parts across the full game, which is not the same as three hundred complete costumes. Some clothing comes from named DLC or collaboration rewards, and Steam gives a specific mission-completion condition for claiming its collaboration outfit and skin.

What the nine-part equipment system means

The official overview presents clothing alongside gun customization and Artifacts as part of preparing Reona for investigations. Its clothing section states that gear is separated into nine parts and that costumes affect the character’s statistics. That establishes a gameplay role for clothing rather than supporting the assumption that every appearance choice is purely cosmetic.

It does not provide a verified list of every slot label or the numerical effects of all pieces. The number nine describes the division of equipment, not the number of outfits a player owns or the number of complete looks available at the start. This guide therefore does not invent a slot-by-slot statistics table or infer a best defensive combination from a promotional image.

At least three hundred parts, not complete outfits

The producer’s October 22 letter states that outfit and equipment parts together total at least three hundred. It also mentions special pieces that can be obtained after completing the game. The statement describes the broader release’s selection, including later content, rather than an inventory list available in the opening Demo.

That distinction changes how the figure should be used when comparing editions or planning collections. A full outfit may involve more than one equipment part, so a part count cannot be converted directly into an equally large number of full costumes. The letter does not give the complete names, individual unlocks or total number of unique combinations, and none of those missing values is manufactured here.

Normal equipment development and bonus clothing

Official descriptions connect recovered materials with development at Base, and Demo footage includes a discussion of modified protective equipment. Release reviews also discuss equipment and Artifacts as sources of statistical bonuses. Together these sources establish that clothing belongs within the preparation and progression systems, but they do not supply a complete ordinary-equipment crafting catalog.

Bonus clothing has a different kind of evidence: a store page can explicitly list an outfit in a pack or promotion. A named item in that description tells you which package contains it, not that it drops from a particular enemy or is included with every standard edition. This is why normal development, DLC ownership and a reward’s claim condition should remain separate questions.

The Armed Schoolgirl DLC clothing

The Anomaly Zone Countermeasures Office DLC Set lists the Armed Schoolgirl Outfit Triple Combo, described as three sets including two color variations. The same official set includes three named firearms and consumable supplies. These are the documented contents of that pack rather than a general promise that all future costume content is included in one purchase.

The description does not provide a complete comparison of the clothing’s statistics against normal gear. It also does not establish that the color variations have different combat effects or that owning the pack grants the best equipment for every point in the story. The useful confirmed answer is the pack identity and included clothing, while exact numerical effects remain outside the collected evidence.

How Steam collaboration outfit rewards are claimed

The Steam game description gives a specific condition for its collaboration side mission. Side missions unlock as progress is made, after which the collaboration mission can be accepted from the board in the Workshop. Its associated outfit and skin rewards can be claimed from that board after completing the collaboration mission.

This means that the official description does not promise the outfit simply appears immediately in the carried inventory. It ties the reward to mission availability, completion and the board claim, which are different steps from just reading an edition’s item list. These Steam conditions should not be assigned automatically to every console pack or unrelated costume without a source connecting them.

The stated Steam bonus period and other rewards

The Steam early-purchase information gives an availability period from October 29 through November 11, 2026, in Japan Standard Time. It separately says that the development-material set is granted after the Shooting Range unlocks. That material reward is not a substitute for completing the collaboration mission, and its different trigger illustrates why every bonus should be read individually.

The collaboration content also has its own Steam DLC listing, naming the mission, outfit, T-6407J skin and development materials. A listing’s existence does not establish all future availability terms or remove the need to read the current platform conditions. The collected descriptions provide a dated answer, not a guarantee that every promotion remains unchanged after the stated period.

The separately listed themed backpack set

Another official Steam DLC entry lists seven game-package-style backpacks. Its named entries are VARLET, REYNATIS A, REYNATIS B, CRYMACHINA, Monark, Caligula 2 and CRYSTAR. These are official item names from that set, not a list invented to fill out the costume catalog.

The listing does not provide a verified capacity comparison for those backpacks. Their names and visual theme cannot establish that one offers more space, shares identical statistics or changes the inventory in a particular way. For the known distinction between sorting, carried space and material returns, the inventory guide provides the related evidence without deriving capacity from appearance.

Keep equipment performance while changing appearance

The Japanese official systems page explicitly confirms that appearance can be changed while maintaining equipment performance. The Korean official page describes the same separation between statistics and looks. Clothing can therefore affect your statistics while an appearance change lets you keep the selected equipment's performance.

That system description does not establish every menu step, wardrobe unlock or post-game clothing requirement. Player questions about swimsuits show interest in particular clothing, but are not a promise that an unlisted outfit exists or can be unlocked. This guide separates the confirmed appearance feature from individual items whose availability remains unverified.

Sources and version notes

This page draws its item names and claim conditions from official descriptions rather than treating a version-comparison video as the final authority. Pre-release videos can still help explain editions, but their bonus terms need to be checked against the dated store text. Information was reviewed on October 30, 2026, without claiming a complete costume collection or independent statistical testing.
